A workshop session just for teens! What makes a toaster pop? What’s inside a monitor? How does a switch work? Find out at the Steam Museum’s “Take Apart Workshop”. We’ll provide the tools for you to take a closer look and discover what’s inside items like toasters, radios, computers and electronic toys to learn how they were made.
Drop in between 6 pm and 9 pm. Pizza and snacks provided starting at 8 pm. All items, tools, and safety equipment are provided. This workshop is self-directed, with staff on hand to assist. The Hamilton Museum of Steam & Technology is located near HSR bus routes 2 &11.
